About
I'm 29. I have a boring office job where I'm "junior something". I rent a studio apartment for $1,250 a month. A moth named Phil lives in my wallet.
Every Thursday I take something rich people own (a superyacht, a private jet, a billion-dollar lottery ticket) and do the broke math on it: what it really costs, who pays, what goes wrong, and how many years of my rent it adds up to.
I still can't afford any of this.

Not at the person. No jokes about anyone's looks, family or health. The spending is the punchline.
Private fortunes are estimates and we say so. Allegations stay allegations; only court records count as facts.
No real person's voice, recorded or cloned. Real people appear as paper-cut symbols, not lookalikes.
Scripts are researched and written by hand, and every episode is built from scratch: its own scenes, props and jokes, in a paper-cut animation style. Ray's voice is a synthetic voice (ElevenLabs), the same one every week, and we say so in every video description. The music is made for the channel.
Business, sponsorship or a correction: hello@brokeray.com. For everything else, the YouTube comments. Phil reads them.
